Arnie has almost 25 years' experience in both the financial services and fast-moving consumer goods sectors where he has held senior positions in finance, sales, strategy and general management. Before joining Bell Direct in May 2008, he was with the Commonwealth Bank where he headed local business banking in NSW and the ACT. Prior to that he was Executive Manager at CommSec where he was responsible for the overall operations of the retail share broking business. In 1998 at BT Financial Group he was involved in the development and launch of the BT Wrap platform.
Lee has extensive experience in online broking. He worked with Steven Goh at Sanford Securities over 10 years ago, then reconnected with Steven in 2007 to form Bell Direct. Before that he was Director and General Manager of Australian Investment Exchange Ltd which provides broking solutions to organisations like NAB OnLine Trading, BankWest, Sanford Securities, Count Financial, Tower and Summit.
Steven Goh was the principal founder of Australia's first online share broker, Sanford Securities. The growth Sanford achieved was extraordinary. Over the six years following its formation in 1997, Sanford's sales grew to $66 million and it hosted $2.4 billion of customer assets. A client base of 160,000 customers comprised 50,000 direct and 110,000 sourced through wholesale relationships with NAB and 150 accounting and financial planning groups.
Colin Bell founded Bell Commodities in 1970 after working with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Washington DC, USA. Colin is the Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Bell Financial Group, the company that evolved from the business he began in 1970 to become one of Australia's largest full service stockbroking firms. Colin oversees business development of the entire group.
Alastair joined Bell Commodities in 1983 and held a number of dealing and managing roles prior to becoming Managing Director in 1989. Alastair is Managing Director of the ASX-listed Bell Financial Group and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all businesses within the Group.
Craig has held a number of senior executive positions and directorships within the Australian financial services industry. He is currently a Senior Advisor with the Wyllie Group as well as a Director of ASX-listed Bell Financial Group and Executive Chairman of Rubik Financial Limited.
Malcolm has held a number of executive and non-executive positions with the Nielsen Company, one of the world's largest providers of business information products and services. He is currently a Director of AGB Nielson Media Research and the ASX-listed Bell Financial Group.
