Terms of Engagement

By accepting the Offer, the Client agrees to the Bell Direct SMSF Service terms and conditions of engagement made available at: https://bit.ly/3ehsTTY

Period of Engagement

Acceptance of the Offer is subject to a minimum engagement period of 12 months.

Early Termination

The Client acknowledges that should they terminate the Bell Direct SMSF service within 12 months of engagement, a cancellation fee of $499 will apply.

Terms of Offer

The Bell Direct SMSF service reserves the right to withdraw or extend the period of the Offer at any time at its sole discretion. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be deemed as cash and must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

Client Obligations

As a condition of accepting and participating in the Offer, the Client acknowledges and agrees to meet all Obligations as set out in the terms and conditions.
